SRF Regional Retreat Wistaston .

Members of the Leicestershire Circle of Self-Realization Fellowship assist the Wistaston Retreat Committee in the organising and running of an SRF regional retreat at Wistaston Hall, Crewe three times per year.

Our retreats are conducted in silence which begins on Friday evening and runs until Sunday lunchtime. There is a full program of meditation services, exercises, kirtan (chanting) and audio and video presentations. Accomodation is in private (or shared if preferred) rooms, most of which are en-suite.

The SRF Regional Retreat has been running regularly at Wistaston Hall for nearly 20 years. Please contact us if you would like to join us on retreat. You will find future retreat dates here.

Wistaston Hall goes back to the 12th century but the present house was built in the early 17th Century and is one of Cheshire's historic buildings. It is owned and run by the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate .

In 2003/4 Wistaston Hall underwent a major reconstruction and renovation programme, making it one of the most modern and comfortable Retreat Centres in the country. The original hall has retained many of its historic features. To these have been added new bedrooms, conference and dining facilities, tastefully linking the old with the new. Add to this the peaceful gardens and scenic walks that surround the house make it an ideal location for a meditation retareat.
